We Are The Future Of Legal Practice In India.
Journey
Jerome Merchant + Partners was founded, in early 2013, over a handshake between our founding partners. We have come a long way since and achieved exceptional results, and through these years we have remained committed to our one single objective – solving our clients’ most important problems.
Vishnu Jerome, Shameek Ray, Murtaza Somjee, and Sameer Sibal, came together to start a humble but impassioned practice of law, in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Kalpana Merchant joined us in 2015 and also lent her name to the firm letterhead.
Our years have been marked by the growth of our client base and significant addition to the practices we offered to our clients, including venture capital, restructuring, real estate, and dispute resolution, as well as the opening of offices in Singapore.
