Description
The Firm’s employment group advises on a wide range of matters, including hiring and dismissals, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters, business restructuring arising from M&A or other internal transactions. Given the complex nature of employment laws in India, the Firm’s lawyers engage with large corporations to ensure risk based compliance measures and processes are in place for their day to day businesses.
The Firm also advises on a wide range of incentives and retention measures, particularly for our technology and VC portfolio companies, which include traditional stock options to innovative financial packages and benefits.
