Rhia Marshall is a partner at the Firm. Rhia has a wealth of experience in complex domestic and cross border disputes with a focus on arbitration. She has over a decade of experience in advising and acting for corporates and financial institutions. Rhia’s experience spans the spectrum of commercial litigation and ranges from public private partnership disputes, construction matters, oil and gas disputes, banking and finance, JV disputes, real estate, information technology, employment disputes and white collar crimes. She acts on complex commercial disputes in the infrastructure sector including large scale disputes relating to ports and highways.

Most recently, Rhia worked as an independent litigator, prior to which she was an Associate Partner for Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at Economic Laws Practice.
